Maybe something other than band-aids over the mouth. Something reminiscent of Silence of the Lambs…..perhaps….

The tape is a symbol of censorship. This is often used at free speech protests to symbolize people being silenced. Protestors often cover their mouths with duct tape. In this case, our Pueblo sun logo (representing our city) has been silenced.
