Neighborhood Watch, Anyone?

Another example.

Seems that someone came home from somewhere to find most everything of value GONE!

According to today’s Pueblo Chieftain, someone came home and found a lot of his personal property missing. Including a car.

One has to wonder what sort of neighbors he had. Apparently not very effective ones. Maybe the same will happen to them. It all depends on whether the crooks are able to read a newspaper and determine whether or not people will call the police.
