More Thai, anyone?
Here’s a great sauce to go with your spring rolls or Chinese pot stickers.
Thai Spicy Peanut Sauce….
Ingredients
1 Pint creamy peanut butter [Note: I prefer Safeway’s old fashion stuff. No sugar added. Just nuts and salt.]
.25 Cup Oyster Sauce
.25 Tsuekeyaki Sauce [Note: See recipe Here]
1 Tsp Red Pepper Powder [Note: I use crushed red peppers run through a food mill.]
Process
Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan on medium heat and bring to a simmer.
Remove and enjoy.
Keeps well in a refrig.
