Looking for a Few Good Citizens

Affidavits requested.

The indications that something strange, possibly illegal, occured during the course of the 2006 General Election in Pueblo County, are growing stronger.

If you noticed anything unusual taking place during the run-up to and including the election, we’d appreciate hearing from you.

Some of the things you may have noticed would include, but not be limited to, the following:

[1] People going door-to-door handling BOTH Voter Registration forms AND Absentee Ballots, asking people to fill out both and give them back to them for return.
[2] People going door-to-door with Absentee Ballots and Applications for Absentee Ballots, asking people to fill out both and give them back to them for return.
[3] People going door-to-door with Absentee Ballots, asking people to fill them out and return them while stressing the importance of voting a particular way during the election.
[4] People going door-to-door with voter registration forms within 30 days prior to the election.
[5] People going door-to-door with Absentee Ballots Envelopes, asking people to sign the envelopes and return them without putting a completed ballot in them AND sealing the envelope.
[6] If you were an election official, e.g., Poll Watcher or Judge or Counter, and you were denied access to an area of the election that you thought was somewhere you should have been able to go. Even if it was just a few minutes.

All of these are violations of Colorado voting laws and/or election procedures In fact, some of them may be felonies. Some of them may be violations of Federal law.

If you know of any such activities, it is your duty, as a citizen of this great land to step forward and report them. It is the only way to preserve our freedom to choose our government.

[Note: If you doubt this, or if you are happy with the outcome of THIS election, wait until the other party starts doing the same sort of thing. If it’s wrong for the other guys to do such, it’s wrong if anyone does it.]

We need you to report these things NOW. Why? Well, because by state law, the election must be certified by 27 November 2006. Certification comes county-by-county. Unless an injunction or other legal action is taken to require a more thorough investigation of what happened in the election the vote in Pueblo will be certified and after that nothing can be done to investigate.

So, if you have seen anything like the activities described (above), or you know someone who has, please….PLEASE, hit the CONTACT button towards the top of this window, under the banner and we’ll get in touch with you.
